A real-time American Sign Language translator that lets signers and hearing users hold a conversation on a single phone. The interface is built around no setup, no special hardware, and no noticeable delay.

ConHacks 2026

A REST service that stores text, image and JSON fragments, then hands each one back in whatever format the client asks for. Metadata sits in DynamoDB, bytes in S3, and a stored Markdown fragment comes back as HTML or a PNG as a WebP, converted on the way out.

Tender management software for an oil and gas company, replacing the manual Excel-and-Word workflow it relied on before. A scraper pulls new tenders from procurement portals and a local AI model surfaces the ones worth bidding.

A ten-step onboarding form that replaces the four PDFs a financial planning firm used to email clients to fill out themselves. Answers save to the client's own device as they go, and submitting fills and delivers the firm's real paperwork automatically.

A live buzzer-trivia platform for in-person events: players scan a QR code and race to lock in on their phones. Buzz order is settled server-side by a Postgres row lock on Neon, and phones refresh the scores every 1.5 seconds, pausing in background tabs so the database can sleep between games.

A wardrobe that dresses you from clothes you already own. Photograph a garment and it comes back cut out and tagged. Each morning an outfit lands on a figure that looks like you, chosen against the day's forecast. No model picks it. The arithmetic does, so the app can always say why.

Wishlists that live in Chrome's side panel. An item is a name and the price you saw, in categories you rename, and any line can be clicked and typed into like Notepad. Things you already own stay on the list, marked, so a set you are completing stays together. Nothing is read off the page and nothing is tracked.
